What is your return and exchange policy?
We gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of purchase from the Ruff Life Rescue Wear Collection.
Sorry but Fundraiser and made to order shirts are excluded. Due to the custom nature of these product it is not eligible for return/exchange unless there is a mistake on our part, and then we will happily fix the problem.
For returns, we will refund the product price. Shipping is non-refundable.
For exchanges, just return the unworn item to us with original order number and exchange instruction (correct size, etc.).
Once received, the replacement will ship the next business day.

How long will it take to ship my order?
We have most of our merchandise in stock and ready to ship in 1-3 business day. Shipping days are Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays. Products are shipped from California.
Featured partner events can take up to 2 weeks to ship, unless otherwise specified.
Ruff Life observes all US holidays.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We use USPS for shipping all our packages. General delivery times are:
USPS First Class Mail: 3-10 business days after ship date. Tracking information is available and a tracking number is sent with each order. This is an estimated delivery time, not a guaranteed delivery.
USPS Priority Mail: 1-4 business days after ship date, depending on region. Tracking information is available and a tracking number is sent with each order. This is an estimated delivery time, not a guaranteed delivery.
USPS First Class International: 2-8 weeks after ship date. Most international orders are delivered in 10 - 21 days. The international ship times vary greatly by region. During non-peak seasons, most Canadian orders are received within 10 days, while some remote international locations may take up to 8 weeks.
Can I track my order?
Yes. When your order is packed and ready to go, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Once you receive that tracking number, your package is ready for the postal pick-up. Tracking will begin once the postal service make the initial scan. The postal service picks up packages Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
It can take up to 36 hours to appear in the tracking system. You can track your order on the USPS web site. Please note that international orders are only tracked within the US. After it leaves the US, it becomes the property of the regional postal system and is no longer tracked by the USPS.
Once your package leaves our warehouse, we no longer have control over it. We cannot change the address or redirect it to another address. If we ship your package to the address you provided and it is returned, we will refund the product price. Shipping is non-refundable. You may reorder the product and have it sent to your updated address.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to most international locations. If you are not able to place your order we may just need to set up your location in our system; if that is the case simply send us an email to email@example.com we can usually get your location entered into the system within 1 business day.
What size do I order?
The size chart is located in each product description. The best way to find your size is to measure your favorite t-shirt.
Width: Measured across the garment one inch below the armholes.
Length: Measured from neck trim down to the bottom of the garment.
Does your apparel shrink?
If you plan on washing/drying your garments frequently, our shirts will shrink between 3-5%. If you do not want your products to shrink - we recommend washing your products in cold water and hang drying them only.
How do I care for products consisting of vinyl?
Vinyl can be used on items indoors and outdoors. Can be used on car, windows or smooth surfaces. Items with Decals can be washed in the dishwasher, hand washing is recommended to even further extend the life of the product.

How do I use a discount code?
On occasion, Ruff Life Rescue wear will offer discounts. To apply the discount code, the first step is to begin the checkout process. After entering shipping information you will be able to enter your discount code. Only one discount applies.
How do I specify what Partner Rescue I would like the donation sent to?
Your shopping cart has a "Special Instructions" box that will ask what rescue you would like the donation sent to. In that box type in the Rescue Name and the rest is done automatically. If you select a rescue that is not a partner rescue we will automatically send notification to that rescue to allow them the opportunity to be added as a Partner Rescue and we will forward the donation through their donation site.
